This property was absolutely perfect, top to bottom inside & out! Positive: Wow!!! Everything!!!! Stunning and so clean!!!!! Negative: Having to leave :( lol

As soon as I noticed all these inconveniences with the house they responded and told me about the lightning hitting and Positive: I loved the decor and the space, no trouble getting in. Negative: I did not like that the property owners didn’t let me know that the pool and hot tub was not working. They told me while I was there that she forgot to mention that lightning had struck the system and the equipment to control the lights, the hot tub and the WiFi I’m assuming since the WiFi didn’t work so we couldn’t watch tv. The pool and hot tub is what I rented this house for. Neither worked, couldn’t swim at night and the hot tub could not turn on nor was it hot or even warm. Our adult kids and partners joined us this trip. The house was perfect for 7 adults. The kitchen had everything we needed and the furniture was comfortable. The beds and bedding were ok. My son did say that he wished that he had grabbed the nicer bedroom rather than one of the bunk rooms, saying the mattresses in the bunk rooms were not as nice as the others. August is hot! The pool was almost too warm to enjoy for the first couple of days. But cooled off after we got some good rain. We spent a lot of time on the covered porch under the fan. Very enjoyable. The gazebo area, without a fan was too hot to enjoy for this time of year. The house, especially the outside is showing its age, but is pretty well maintained. Our only slight issue was not the fault of the house. It’s Rosemary Beach switching to key cards to get on and off the beach. They used to use code locks which was much easier. With 7 adults and only 2 beach/amenity cards, and a good walk to the beach, it got a bit tricky with having to coordinate plans. The management company for this house was fantastic!! Extremely responsive and friendly.

Check in excellent. Location great. House was comfortable. Kitchen facilities good. Pans need updating. Food sticks to all pans. Spa, pool lights and lighting did not work from day 1. I let Brittany know on day 1 but never was fixed while we were there. Rented this place for pool and spa that we could not use. Would love 150 back. Disappointing to pay for something I did not have. Tv’s in all bedrooms except master did not work.

This property exceeded expectations with location convenient to Rosemary Beach shops, restaurants and the beach! The house has great decor, lots of family sitting areas inside and out. The pool area provided a lot of relaxation and family time. The kitchens and bath were well stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy! Highly recommend, thank you for a magical stay to celebrate our nieces wedding!
